Who we are

Glasgow Tandem club was formed in 2018, with an aim to bring together vision impaired and sighted cyclists for social rides together.

Our rides

Group rides are every second and fourth Saturday of the month, starting from either the club base in Glasgow or a local railway station.

Join us!

We are always looking for enthusiastic, experienced cyclists to become tandem pilots (front riders) .

We are also keen to reach out to vision impaired people who want to try cycling.

    We’ll be hosting another taster session on Sunday October 27th, at 12 noon in Bellahouston Park. Are you a confident cyclist looking for a new challenge?   • A busy month!

    June was another busy month for the club. Our first ride was almost 50 miles, starting from Falkirk and riding along canal paths to Linlithgow, then out to Queensferry, over the Forth Road Bridge, and back via Culross, Clackmannanshire Bridge , the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel.   • Dunoon weekend 10th – 13th May 2024

    What a great weekend we had in Dunoon! Dry weather and the best team spirit made for great cycling. We were 10 tandem pairs and several solo supporters.
